Annual festive attraction, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland opens on 18 November, bringing Christmas cheer to Londoners and visitors.

This year’s highlights include an immersive Ice Kingdom sculpted from 500 tonnes of ice, an 80s après ski-themed bar and the world’s tallest transportable ferris wheel. You can ride a real ice slide, go skating and dine on “next level” street food, including truffle burgers, mac & cheese, gyros, churros and more.
There are two circuses – from Zippo’s and Cirque Berserk – as well as numerous rides for all ages, DJs and live music, plus plenty of mulled wine, hot chocolate, bratwurst and Bavarian beer. The event runs until 2 January 2023.
According to the Winter Wonderland website: “Mornings are great for families, where you can enjoy Winter Wonderland at a leisurely pace. When the evening comes around, Hyde Park is transformed by thousands of sparkling lights so grab your mulled wine, hot chocolate or stein of Bavarian beer and get ready to join in the festive fun!”
Winter Wonderland launched 15 years ago as a Christmas market, growing steadily over the years into the icy extravaganza it is today.
