We have been able to house tenants in as little as a couple days and it all depends on the speed of both the tenant and the landlord.
We would need financial and previous landlord information aswell as necessary documents to enable us to complete all necessary statutory checks i.e right to rent & AML.
Some of our Landlords would accept 3/6 month rents however the minimum is usually 1 year.
Either by calling/emailing our management hotline.
Speak to our experienced staff who will guide you through the process, the majority of our tenancies renew.
It is registered with the TDS and fully insured and protected.
Every property and landlord is different.
We only offer accompanied viewings.
This rarely occurs due to our experienced staff who diffuse conflict amicably.
